Aline Champsaur spent time in vineyards, cellars and growers' wineries for more than two years to record the entire cycle of wine making. She made over a hundred watercolours and wrote a clear and sober record. Her wine journal has the virtues of a good vintage. It comes straight from the land and the seasons, from the vines and the grapes and is a celebration of work well done.Honour to winegrowers!
